The kind of person Cami is!

A few years ago on a beautiful summer day we were driving down our street in our small Toyota Carolla.  Seeing Cami visiting with the neighbors across the street I turned to wave.  We were traveling at about 20 miles per hour and suddenly felt a bump as though we had run over a small rock.  We immediately slowed down when we realized the "small rock" was actually the Oborn's pet pooch.  Cami came running across the street to her home where her dog was now limping along the sidewalk crying pitifully.  We jumped out of the car, apoligizing over and over again.  Not once did Cami make us feel like it was our fault nor did she show anger at what had happened.  In fact, later that day when we returned to present the puppy with a get-well gift basket, we discovered that he might require surgery to repair injury to his hip.  Again, Cami did not show anger or fault toward us.  She even apoligized, saying how sorry she was that we had to go through the experience of running over her puppy.  That is just the kind of person Cami is and we will miss her greatly.
