Memories

Friends and family of our sweet Cami, we would like you to share memories & experiences that you have had with Cami. We feel this would be a great keepsake for her boys to always remember & know how their amazing mother touched so many people. We will be making this blog into a book for Thom, Ashton, & Duston to treasure. Please submit all entries & memories as soon as possible, we will post before we turn it into a book.

Thank you!

  2. My favorite memory of Cami involves our adventures at the American Idol concerts. We would spend hours waiting to meet (stalk) the idols. I have never laughed so hard in my life!! Cami was such a joy to be around - her laughter could brighten anyone's day. She was an incredible mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was loved by everyone who knew her, and she will truly be missed. Love you Cami!!

  3. Cami was my Young Women's leader for many, many years. She influenced all of us with her positive attitude, strong testimony, fun personality, humor, and her distinct laugh. She was known as the "fun" leader at girls camp one year because she was one of the first leaders to try out the zipline with us! She always encouraged us to be the best we could be and was so sincere when she spoke with us about how much she loved us. I could always tell that she wanted the best for each one of the girls. Even when I left Young Womens, Cami still acted like I was the most important person in the world when I would see her occasionally. I have a distinct memory of Cami where a bunch of ladies from the ward went to the movie theater to see Mama Mia. Cami was one of the first to jump out of her seat, run out to the aisle and sing and dance to the songs to her heart's content! She was so much fun to be around! I love her so much. I'm so sad that she's gone now, but I'm hopeful as well because I know for sure that I'll see her again someday. She was the perfect example of how to live life in a way that we can all gain eternal life and live together with our friends and our families in the eternities.

Cami, I love you and I thank you for your service in my behalf. I'll never forget you as long as I live, and I look forward to the day where I can say that I followed your example and returned to my Heavenly Father in full glory, just as you did. I love you forever! God be with you til' we meet again!
