Sweet sweet Cami

Sweet, sweet Cami was always an example of a positive attitude. Cami told me once how cute I looked that Sunday, that morning I did not feel cute but after her comment, I felt on top of the world!
Cami helped me for years with the Family Reading Night over at Rosamond. Always more than willing, always dependable, always there for me. I'll miss her! She was ALWAYS complimenting my daughters and constantly made them feel they were #1 in her book. They loved her dearly. Cami influenced us for good! What a woman!

My Memories of Cami

I was her visiting teacher for a short time. I remember coming to your house and having her come in always smiling. She would tell us Tracey Doney & I, about her schooling , about you, and about your boys. She was pleasant and kind in all she did.
Then when Dustin was baptized, she came up to me about two weeks later to thank me for playing the piano. That meant so much that she did that.
Love to you,
Valerie Richardson

Happy Attitude

When I think of Cami, I think of her always happy attitude. It showed in her voice, her smile, and her actions. She was truly one of the sweetest people I've ever met. I will always be grateful for all she did for my daughters in Young Womens. She did so much to make them feel loved and welcome. Thank you for sharing her with all of us!

Italian Sodas

We loved Italian Sodas from Starbucks! It was so convieniet when we had a Starbucks close but when they went out of business we tried other coffee shops but nothing compared! Our special treat fizzled out when Menchies Yogurt came & she introduced me to the green apple tart flavor, covered in carmel & sprinkled with broken up waffle cone pieces! Yum!  We would often use visiting teaching as our excuse to go there! Cami was my visiting teacher for as long as we have lived here.

Girls Camp 2010

In summer 2010, we  drove up to girls camp together & I had brought up my friends fart machine. We were so excited to use it, after being there for only 5 minutes & having no time to hide it. I got anxious & started pushing the button making it look like it was Cami farting. Of course she played along & kept apologizing for letting them rip!
The next night the bishopric came up & this time she was in charge of the control. I by mistake chose to sit right by where she placed the sound part of the machine. I was so embarrassed & she could not stop laughing even as hard she tried to stop!
The last morning we took it into the bathroom we shared with the entire stake. Girls were in front of the mirror getting ready  & Cami was in one of the stalls with the fart machine making the grossest sounds, & pretending to be sick. It was so funny to see the girls faces, have them leave & then having a new bunch of girls come in & do it again. I would just keep asking her over & over if she was okay & she would always reply with something funny! It was hilarious!

Bath & Body Works

I loved going to Bath & Body Works with Cami! We would always go when we had a coupon or whenever they would have the Wallflowers on sale for $5. The last time we went was the end of May & she was so excited to get a birthday present for her cute niece Jaycee.

Hair Color

If you look to the right of the toliet paper you can see the discoloration.
A couple of years ago Cami asked who colored my hair dark, I told her I did it myself, she asked if I would color hers, so of course I said yes (another excuse to have girl time together). Well one of the times I colored her hair while mixing the developer / color we were talking ( I can't do two things at once) & I forgot to put the cap on the lid, shaking  the color to mix it together, making it spray all over my bathroom! I was able to get most of the color out of everything but a small section of the wood. I cherish this section now remembering this memory of her! Yes, that was the last time I colored her hair.
